Leadership Friday: The Art of Self-Leadership

A breakfast session that will energize, educate, and inspire you to take a step forward in your own self leadership development.

Self-leadership is one of the hottest topics in business culture today as organizational hierarchies are exchanged for flatter, faster, innovation driven cultures. Everyone is asked to contribute and innovate, lead projects, and deliver results.

This means 2019 being a leader and an influencer is not defined by a job title anymore, it’s personal decision we take because we decide to contribute our unique talents fully into our working life, and achieve not only results, but also fulfillment.

During this energetic and interactive seminar, you will learn the fundamental principles of effective self-leadership and take ownership of your own contribution. You will create a vision of the kind of leader you want to be and ground yourself in that vision, develop critical communication skills and learn how to engage others in your ideas.
