DIK believes that union organisation gives you power. We organise 20 000 members who work within culture, communication, and the creative sector.
Our members work on all levels throughout the labour market. Some work in libraries or advertising agencies, others in archives or as language experts. Some study to be able to work at a museum or within the gaming industry in the future. DIK also organises freelancers and other self-employed professionals.
You can become a member the day you begin your studies, and then rest assured that DIK will stand by you wherever your career path takes you until the day you choose to retire.
